A $500 deposit (non-refundable) holds your spot, and the remaining balance is charged 60 days before the trip date.
What's the cancellation policy?+
The deposit is non-refundable once paid, and full payment is non-refundable inside 60 days before departure. Trip insurance must be purchased the same day as the deposit in order to protect your trip value.

Riders pack their bike into a bike box or bike bag (we recommend Dakine) and check it as normal luggage.
How much is the airline bike fee?+
Under 51 lbs it's usually $30–$50 with United, American, or Delta. Over 52 lbs it's $80–$150. It's often free with status.

No — around 300 ft (100 m) of pedaling per ride day. It's mainly shuttle riding.
What is the weather like?+
Across our trips temperatures range from 40–90°F (5–30°C). You'll want a puffy jacket and a rain jacket.
What about altitude sickness?+
All trips are built to acclimatize riders to altitude gradually, and all guides are highly trained on altitude sickness.
