What we collect
To book and run a trip we collect: your full name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, age, passport number, sex, email address, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, bike size, mountain-bike experience level, emergency contact details, travel insurance information, and your flight details.
We also use cookies to gather information about visitors to this website (see below).
How we use it
We use your information to complete bookings, sign you up for our newsletter, send information about our company, understand the needs of each client, provide ongoing service, develop custom itineraries, improve our services, and contact our clients.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies: essential ones that make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us understand traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some preferences may not be remembered.
Third parties
This information will not be shared with any third party, except for businesses that work directly with 2Wheel Epix in efforts to offer the product that has been purchased — for example the local guiding teams and lodges that host your trip, and the booking platform that processes your payment.
Your rights
If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you, or would like it corrected or removed, contact us at the address below and we'll help.

Terms of Service.
Bookings & deposits
A spot is confirmed with a $500 initial deposit, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. If there is an error in your booking, let us know within 30 days — after that we can no longer offer a refund on it. Booking a trip means you've read and accepted these terms.
Cancellations & refunds
If you cancel: cancel more than 60 days before departure and any amount you've paid above the deposit is refunded. Inside 60 days, all payments are non-refundable.
If we cancel: if we cancel before your trip begins, we refund everything you've paid beyond the $500 deposit — and that deposit stays valid for life, so you can put it toward a future departure. If a trip has to be cut short once it's underway, we refund $200 per day for each day you miss.
This is exactly why we require trip insurance, and why it has to be bought the same day as your deposit (see below).
Trip changes
Mountains write their own itineraries. We may adjust routes, lodging, or the daily plan for weather, trail conditions, or safety — always aiming to deliver an equivalent or better experience.
Rider responsibility & risk
By joining a trip you assume all risks associated with mountain biking and international travel — including injury, damage to equipment, and acts of God. 2Wheel Epix is not responsible for clients being physically harmed or for clients' belongings being damaged. You're responsible for arriving in the fitness and skill condition described for your trip, for riding within your limits, and for following your guides' direction.
Insurance requirement
Travel insurance is mandatory for all 2Wheel trips and must cover personal accident, death, and medical expenses. It must be purchased the same day as your deposit in order to protect the value of your trip. We also strongly recommend cover for cancellation and baggage. We can't accept liability where a policy turns out to be insufficient.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 2Wheel Epix is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the inherent risks of the activity or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
2Wheel Epix is a United States based company, and therefore all legal disputes will be resolved under United States law. A client who pursues litigation against 2Wheel Epix is also responsible for 2Wheel Epix's legal fees. If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
